Return and Refund Policy

  1. Proof of Damages Required: If you receive damaged goods, you must provide proof of the damage. Please email us at ustelphilippines@gmail.com or message us through our Facebook Page.

  2. No Returns on Delivered Goods: Once goods are delivered, they are considered sold and cannot be returned except in cases of damages.

  3. 7-Day Reporting Period: Any claims for damaged items must be reported within 7 days from the date of shipment acceptance.
